Enjoying wellness (virtually) through COVID-19

Fall 2020 Update - End of the Virtual Wellness Series

As Fall progresses, the Virtual Wellness Series is being retired to make way for a new activities calendar. We will no longer post new events on the page.

We invite you to check out the new Campus Activities page to keep up with wellness events on campus and online (you can even select filters to focus on wellness or mental health!).

All the virtual wellness and mental health events, one location!
We have created this page where you will find all mental health and wellness related events that are being offered virtually by the University of Ottawa. We have workshops, virtual fitness classes, and much more coming your way.
Physical distancing does not mean social isolation; let’s keep this community connected and together throughout the COVID-19 situation.
