The activities and workshops presented here as part of the Wellness Series aim to promote a proactive approach to mental health and overall wellbeing. Check back frequently as new events become available!
The activities listed here help provide tools, techniques, and knowledge on how to maintain a healthy approach to one’s wellbeing through each of the seven pillars of wellness (financial, intellectual, social, environmental, emotional, physical, and spiritual). Wellness is multidimensional. The pillars overlap each other and each contributes to our own sense of wellness.
