Études des francophonies

If you are interested in the political, sociological, linguistic and legal issues surrounding la francophonie, the études des francophonies program will meet your needs.

This interdisciplinary program will give you the opportunity to touch on several topics and to acquire a wide range of information about the world of la francophonie, not only in Ontario and Canada but also internationally.

The minor is for students from every discipline who would like to complete their university education with a better understanding of the realities of the issues related to the different faces of la francophonie.

The certificate version of the program is for the members of the community who are interested in issues concerning la francophonie, and for stakeholders working in Francophone minority communities. Some of the courses are offered at the end of the day or on evenings to make them more accessible.
