4By taking the DLS program courses, you will meet the requirements of the Faculty of Education at the University of Ottawa for the English option (teaching English in French schools) at the junior/intermediate and intermediate/senior divisions of the Formation à l'enseignement program (B.Éd.).
5Students who apply to the Faculty of Education at the University of Ottawa at the intermediate/senior level and who choose to teach French as a second language (in the English-language schools of Ontario) as their first teaching option, must obtain three additional credits pertaining to the French language.

Students admitted in second language teaching will be given priority in registration for DLS courses.

LIN1310, LIN1320 and DLS1100, DLS1101 must both be taken before, or concurrently with any other LIN or DLS course.
