Has taught at the faculty for the last ten years,

Until December of 2016 was senior adviser on class action matters to the federal government and  lead counsel on major national class actions including administrative segregation (solitary confinement), breach of privacy, disabled veterans, sixties scoop, Chinese head tax, same sex pensions - was lead justice counsel on the residential schools settlement, tainted blood settlements, and disabled veterans settlements

Has argued issues in regard to Section 7, 12, and 15 of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms at all levels of Court including the Supreme Court of Canada

From March 1996 to December 1999, was Director and General Counsel of the Crimes against Humanity and War Crimes Section, Federal Department of Justice

Currently in private practice in the area of class actions

Courses taught include Civil Procedure 1, Class Actions Advocacy and the Law of Evidence
