Biographie
Patrick Dumberry, Ph.D. (Institut de hautes études internationales, Genève, Suisse) est professeur titulaire au sein de la Faculté de droit (Section de droit civil) de l’Université d'Ottawa.
Avant de se joindre à la Faculté, il a été avocat dans le domaine du droit international et de l’arbitrage international pendant plusieurs années au sein de cabinets à Genève (Lalive), Montreal (Ogilvy Renault, maintenant Norton Rose Fulbright) et avec le Ministère des affaires étrangères du Canada (Trade Law Bureau).
Il est l’auteur de plus de 90 publications en droit international et en droit des arbitrages investisseurs-États. Il a aussi publié 10 livres avec Cambridge UP, Oxford UP, Elgar Publ., Brill, Martinus Nijhoff and Wolters Kluwer.
