Biography
Dr. Velez Zuluaga is an assistant professor in the Department of Radiology, Radiation Oncology and Medical Physics and a cardiothoracic radiologist in the Department of Medical Imaging at The Ottawa Hospital since February 2026. He was a practicing general radiologist in Colombia before coming to Canada in 2024. He also holds a specialization in Education for Healthcare Professionals from the Universidad Del Rosario, Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, in Bogotá, Colombia.
