Matheus Z. Falcão is the Director of the Brazilian Centre for Health Studies (Cebes) and is an associate researcher at the Health Law Research Centre of the University of São Paulo. He has experience with research projects made in partnership with the Pan American Health Organisation (PAHO/WHO), the National Council of Justice of Brazil and other public offices and civil society organizations, including the Brazilian Institute for Consumers Defense (Idec) and the South Centre.
