Andie Andreou is a senior executive, advisor and board director with more than 30 years of leadership experience across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. Throughout her career, she has led organizations through growth, transformation and change, bringing together strategy, finance, operations, technology and governance. Her previous roles include Executive Director at CBC/Radio-Canada, Chief Financial Officer at SkipTheDishes and Partner at Deloitte.
Through her consulting practice, Andie advises organizations on strategy, transformation and organizational effectiveness, and provides executive and leadership coaching to senior leaders navigating growth, change and complex leadership challenges.
Andie has served on a number of boards and committees, including the University of Ottawa Heart Institute Joint Finance and Audit Committee, the Board of Governors of Ashbury College, Tech Manitoba and the Ottawa Chapter of Financial Executives International Canada.
Andie is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
