All new students are required to enrol into MFA. Students using applications like (e.g.: BrightSpace, uoCampus, Microsoft Office 365) will require registration to the Multi-factor authentication.
If you don't have a compatible smartphone or tablet, please visit our In-person Service Desk support at Morisset hall, room 06 or Roger Guindon Hall, room 3028 if you are a faculty of Medicine member. We will be able to activate a token with you.
If you are outside the Ottawa region, contact the Service Desk so that we can arrange delivery for you.
