Create a SurveyMonkey account

To create an account

  1. Go to the SurveyMonkey "Account Creation page" and use your uoAccess credentials to access this page. 
  2. Select the “Create a New Account” tab.
  3. Follow the steps displayed on the screen and you’re in business! You now have access to all SurveyMonkey’s most advanced features. Once done, you’ll be directed to your SurveyMonkey home page.

Login to a SurveyMonkey account

Once you have created a SurveyMonkey account, login with your credentials:

  1. Visit the SurveyMonkey website in your web browser.
  2. Click LOG IN at the top right of the SurveyMonkey menu bar.

3. On the following webpage, select the Log in with SSO option above the Log In button.

4. Enter your email address and click the Continue button.

5. A uOttawa authentication page will load, input your credentials and click the Login button to authenticate. You are ready to start designing and sending surveys!
