After holding leadership roles at Coca-Cola, Procter & Gamble, and Danone, he now heads one of Canada’s leading food companies — a transformation fueled not by luck, but by purpose, openness, and a growth mindset. Paul Hogan’s Biography

Paul Hogan has a Bachelor of Social Science, Honours Economics from the University of Ottawa and an MBA from York University. He is the Vice President & General Manager International at Conagra Brands. He is responsible for Conagra’s business outside of the United States. Conagra Brands International includes a presence in 70+ countries with revenue over $1B (US).

Prior to Conagra, Paul worked at Danone, where he held roles of increasing responsibility, including serving as SVP of the US business and leading Canadian Sales & Commercial Strategy. Prior to Danone, he was with Coca-Cola Refreshments and Procter and Gamble where he had roles of increasing responsibility in Marketing, Commercial Strategy, and Sales.

Outside of Conagra, Paul is actively involved in supporting our communities, including being a Board Member of the Grocery Foundation and Food, Health & Consumer Products of Canada. Further, he supports the United Way, Food Banks Mississauga, and Seva Food Bank.

Paul lives in Oakville, Ontario, with his wife Christa and three daughters. Originally from Montreal, Paul has lived in Calgary, Ottawa, and Toronto.He is heavily involved with his girls’ activities, volunteering in their school community. He and the family ski in the winter and love to travel together. Paul loves sports and is a passionate Notre Dame Football fan, making annual trips to South Bend, Indiana, for a game with family and friends.
