Location of the recharging stations
- University Centre (UCU), ground level in front of the Campus Store, look for the blue U-Pass wall.
- Roger Guindon Hall (RGN) in front of the library. Note: The recharging station at RGN is designated for Medicine and Health Sciences students only.
Fall-Winter 2021/2022: The recharging stations will be functional as of August 23, 2021.
Spring-Summer 2022: The recharging stations will be operational as of April 15, 2022.
How to recharge your U-Pass
- Make sure to tap your U-Pass at the correct recharging station. Recharging stations are linked with the last two digits of your student number.
- Remember, you only tap once and wait for the green light – it really is that easy!
If your U-Pass does not work, bring it to the uOttawa Card Service offices. If the card is damaged or the chip no longer works, you will need to pay a non-refundable replacement fee of $25. You will need to hand in your defective U-Pass before picking up a new one.
