It is possible to submit an opt-in or exemption request for the U-Pass in your U-Pass portal starting on the following dates:

To obtain a full credit for their U-Pass fees, students must submit their exemption requests before the following deadlines:

Once the deadline has passed, the refunded amount will be prorated, based on the date the exemption request was approved and finalized. No exemptions can be submitted past the last day to withdraw from a course or a learning activity.
All refunds will be credited to the student’s account. If you have a credit on balance, you can request a refund online or simply keep the credit in your account to be applied to a future term.
