It encourages open dialogues that move beyond safe spaces to courageous spaces, where difficult topics are addressed with civility and respectability.

Join us on March 27 for a session led by Jasmin Zine, Dalia El Farra, Sheryl Nestel et Alejandro Paz as they engage in courageous conversation about islamophobia. In response to the heightened Islamophobia, anti-Palestinian racism, and antisemitism on university campuses across Canada this panel contextualizes, historicizes, and critically unpacks these concepts to provide a deeper and more nuanced understanding of these forms of oppression and their various manifestations. The panel discussion will address the pressing stakes and challenges that these issues have raised for the university sector and campus communities.
