Since 2005 the Faculty of Medicine’s Indigenous Program has relied on Indigenous wisdom to guide our direction. Elders Annie Smith and Robert St-Georges have been there from the start to help students gain better understanding of health.

Join us on the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, as we unveil the Indigenous Medical Garden at Roger Guindon Hall in the honor of these two esteemed elders, and re-affirm our commitment and respect for Indigenous ways of thinking and traditional medicine.
