PhD student, Political Studies, Faculty of Social Sciences
Dr. Doris’ research focus on the analysis of employment equity policies in the public sector.
“EDI programs, though much debated these days, are a major step towards more open public policies, and constitute a new professional niche for public action specialists. Giving them up because of the political agenda will not be an easy task, especially in Canadian and Quebec universities, which have strongly institutionalized EDI in recent years as a prism for all teaching and research policies”.
