Raymond N. LeBlanc, PhD, is an emeritus professor in the Faculty of Education. His teaching field is special education; socio-cultural approach and differential teaching. His research and scholarly activities are in Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental disabilities, learning styles, language and communication, learning disabilities, qualitative methodologies, cultural psychology and quality of life. He is co-director of a collection in neuropsychology and special education that has published 26 books. Professor Leblanc represented the Autism Spectrum Disorders' sector on the Minister's Advisory Council on Special Education for many years and served as a member of the Ministers' Autism Spectrum Disorders Reference Group in 2006 -2007.
