Charles-Maxime Panaccio (B.C.L., L.L.B, McGill, 1999; B.C.L., Oxford, 2003; S.J.D., Toronto, 2008) was a clerk for Justice Charles D. Gonthier at the Supreme Court of Canada. He is interested in constitutional rights, the philosophy of law, lawyers' and judges' ethics and the law of evidence.
