Panel discussion

This event will take place on Monday, February 3rd, from 5 to 7 p.m. in Fauteux Hall, Room 302. Light refreshments will be served in the Tsampalieros Atrium at 5 p.m. and the panel will begin at 5:30 p.m.

The discussion will examine the pending litigation, the political and legal dimensions of prorogation, and the potential impact of judicial intervention. Professors Vanessa MacDonnell, Paul Daly, Peter Oliver, and Adam Dodek will offer their insights in a conversation moderated by Kristen Boon, Susan & Perry Dellelce Dean of the Faculty of Law’s Common Law Section.
