Philippe is a bilingual lawyer with a bijural background specializing in legal technology issues. As a licensed lawyer in Ontario, Philippe's work experience combines business and legal knowledge. He has worked on a variety of complex e-discovery matters in both the private and public sectors.
Prior to founding noticia, Philippe worked as legal counsel to Heuristica Discovery Counsel, the e-discovery team at the federal Department of Justice, and at a boutique litigation firm in the nation's capital.
Philippe has completed degrees in Business Science (B.Com, Marketing), Common Law (JD) and Civil Law (LL L) at the University of Ottawa and has served as editor of the Ottawa Law Review.
