Mark Faassen

Mark Faassen is a part-time professor with the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law, Common Law Section (English) teaching a seminar course touching on rights, responsibilities, and regulation in health law. He practices law as a partner and member of the Advocacy Group of the Ottawa offices of Gowling WLG. His practice focuses on medical defence and health law, counselling health professionals in civil litigation, professional regulatory, and administrative law matters.
