Jennifer Sarah Bond is Senior Litigation Counsel at the Department of Justice. Before joining the Department of Justice, she was a Crown prosecutor for the Public Prosecution Service of Canada in the Northwest Territories Regional Office, after having clerked for a judge of the Federal Court of Canada and articling at a regional firm in her hometown of Halifax, Nova Scotia. Jennifer maintains a broad litigation practice with a focus on constitutional and administrative law, and appears regularly before federal tribunals, as well as all levels of court in Ontario, the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal.
Jennifer is a part-time professor at the University of Ottawa (Faculty of Law), where she teaches trial advocacy. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Law Society of the Northwest Territories, and a past member of the Nova Scotia Barristers Society.
