Geoff White is Executive Director for the Competitive Network Operators of Canada. His previous mandates include Director and Regulatory Counsel for the Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services; External Counsel to the Public Interest Advocacy Centre, and Counsel and Senior Regulatory Analyst, MTS Allstream. Geoff has also taught the Communications Law course at uOttawa Faculty of Common Law for 3 years, and was an advisor to the Broadcasting & Legislative Review Panel. Geoff also works as an on-call firefighter for the Municipality of Chelsea. He holds law degrees from Windsor and Oxford, and an MBA.
