Beaded red dress pin

Open to students, faculty and staff.

Seasonal Cultural Gatherings invite students, faculty, and staff to come together in the spirit of respect, reciprocity, and learning. Guided by Indigenous ways of knowing and doing, these events nurture community, spark conversation, and honour the many teachings that shape life across the seasons. Whether you’re new to these practices or continuing your journey, you’re warmly invited to participate.

This year’s offerings include two beaded Orange Shirt pin workshops in September and two beaded Red Dress pin workshops in February, with additional gatherings added throughout the year. All skill levels are welcome and materials are provided. Future events may include teachings, craft circles, storytelling, language and song, plant walks, or other seasonal activities—each designed to deepen relationships and understanding within our Common Law community.
