To support doctoral candidates whose theses deal with a practical topic related to private law.

Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a person with protected or refugee status, or an international student.
- Be enrolled full or part time in a doctoral program in the Faculty of Law of the University of Ottawa.
- Demonstrate that their thesis deals with a practical topic related to private law.

Applications
Applications must be made through Online Scholarships and Bursaries, which can be accessed through uoZone. They should include the following:
