Biography

Dr. Alysha Ahmed works in local public health, primarily in the areas of health promotion, chronic disease prevention, and health equity. She also provides primary care to people experiencing homelessness. She received her MD from the University of Western Ontario and her MSc in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, and she completed residency training in Public Health & Preventive Medicine as well as Family Medicine at the University of Toronto.
