Truth and Reconciliation Day

Staff, faculty and learners from affiliated institutions are invited to participate in the following Truth and Reconciliation event.
Event details
The University of Ottawa Faculty of Medicine, in partnership with The Ottawa Hospital and CHEO, invites members of the community to a gathering marking Truth and Reconciliation Day.
Speakers will share perspectives on cultural safety, humility, what reconciliation means to them, and how they work towards it.
Participants will also have an opportunity to meet local Indigenous vendors and purchase orange shirts.
An Orange Shirt Day group photo will take place in the Atrium at 12:45 p.m.
Light refreshments and juice, catered by Mādahòkì Farm, will be served at the event.
