The Marketing and Communications Office, in collaboration with Procurement and Logistics Services (MedPurch), offers Faculty of Medicine-funded photos for your marketing and communication needs, through a bulk license with Adobe Stock.
Access our growing database of previously downloaded images in our SharePoint image database.
All new image requests are made through the Marketing and Communications Office by contacting [email protected].
Because this is a shared offering, please plan your digital photography needs well in advance. The current annual subscription allows for a limited number of assets to be downloaded across the Faculty per month. Ability to meet desired download dates will depend on that month’s demand, and multiple image requests may be spread out over multiple months.
If you found an image in the SharePoint folder, you can go ahead and use it. If you wish to acquire a new image from Adobe Stock (which will also be added to the database), then you would proceed through the steps below to request the image.
Once you have found an image on Adobe Stock send an email request to [email protected] with the following information:
Please note that purchased image(s) may also be used by other Faculty departments, offices, programs, and schools and that there is no sole ownership over them. Should you have questions/comments, please contact [email protected].
We provide templates for posters, PowerPoint presentations and other print and electronic materials. Each template features University branding while incorporating our Faculty’s colours and imagery.
To help you produce your print and web materials, MarCom has assembled a comprehensive selection of these items. All templates and logos provided follow the Faculty’s common look and feel standards as set by the University of Ottawa’s Communications Directorate.
Prior to printing or publishing your materials, we can review content, copy and designs to ensure they are consistent with brand standards.
