About

MEDGALA  is an annual celebration that brings together our medical community for an evening of connection and recognition. Guests will enjoy a vibrant cocktail hour, great food, and engaging experiences designed to celebrate the people who advance health through education, research, and care.

Each year, the MEDGALA also showcases the Faculty Member Awards of Excellence, honouring exceptional contributions in research, education, clinical care, and community engagement. It’s a night to come together, reflect on shared achievements, and celebrate the leaders and innovators shaping the future of medicine.

  • General ticket includes Faculty members, clinicians, researchers, executives, and senior leaders from uOttawa and affiliate institutes: $190 + HST
  • Staff & Administration ticket includes Administrative and operational team members, coordinators, assistants, and support staff from uOttawa and affiliate institutes: $70 + HST
  • Student/Resident ticket: $50 + HST
  • Table purchase includes 8 tickets per table: any 8 tickets from the above categories will receive a 10% discount upon check-out.
  • Celebration Table Sponsor (8 tickets) includes any community member - with this category table sponsors will receive logo placement at the table and a verbal recognition at the event: $3,600 + HST
