Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a person with protected or refugee status, or an international student.
- Be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student in the French Doctor of Pharmacy program (PharmD) at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Ottawa.
- Offer proof that their clinical placement is in a rural or minority francophone community setting.

Application Requirements
Applications must be made through Online Scholarships and Bursaries, which can be accessed through uoZone. They should include the following:
- Official confirmation letter outlining that the placement will be in a rural or minority francophone community setting.
Selection Committee
The selection committee will include the following members:
- Director of the Financial Aid and Awards Service, or the latter’s delegate, as chair.
- Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, or the latter’s delegate
- Director of the PharmD program
Note: Preference will be given to students who are doing their placements at Loblaws or Shoppers Drug Mart pharmacies or at Lifemark.
