2nd Annual CPA Satellite Conference: Women's Mental Health

Every year, the Canadian Psychological Association's Annual Convention creates opportunities for knowledge sharing, collaboration, and professional connection among more than 1,200 psychology professionals from across the country. Building on that success, the CPA Satellite Conference offers a different experience, giving attendees the chance to dive deeply into a single, pressing topic with richer engagement, meaningful conversations, and access to leading experts.

This year's conference focuses on Women's Mental Health. Psychology touches so many aspects of women's lives, including menopause and work, gender-based violence, sex and sexuality, mental health across the gender/sex spectrum, intersectional mental health, motherhood, and more. Together, we will explore what psychological research and practice can tell us about these critical issues.

Conference speakers include distinguished scholars and practitioners from institutions across Canada, including Anne Bowker, Janet Mantler, Suzanne Stewart, Jennifer Dimoff, Myrna Lashley, Ada Sinacore, Jennifer Bossio, Sophie Lebel, and Serena Corsini-Munt.
