The Observatory on Violence, Criminalization, and Democracy (OVCD) and the School of Political Studies at the University of Ottawa, in collaboration with Justice Americas (UOttawa), invite you to an inter-university reflection and dialogue event on the occasion of Dr. Carmen Gemita Oyarzos visit. Dr. Oyarzo,is Full Professor, Department of Political Science and Director of the Doctoral Program in the Faculty of Social Sciences of the Universidad Autónoma de Chile.
