The Faculty submitted 25 eligible applications, with 14 projects funded, for a total of $2,766,595 and an impressive 56% success rate, well above the University of Ottawa’s overall success rate.
At the institutional level, the University of Ottawa received funding for 36 of 84 eligible applications, representing a 42.9% success rate and a total of $7,460,253 in funding.
These prestigious awards recognize innovative research that advances knowledge, addresses complex societal challenges, and contributes to evidence-based solutions for communities in Canada and beyond. Together, the grants support both established research programs and promising new research initiatives, reflecting the Faculty's commitment to research excellence and societal impact.
