French-language comic book club: Francophonie Month (in-person session)

For its last meeting of the year, the Library's French-language comic book club is celebrating Francophonie Month at the University of Ottawa. The Organisation internationale de la Francophonie, Ivory Coast, Québec, and Ontario’s Francophone community will be in the spotlight!
About the event
The theme of the next in-person meeting will be “Francophonie.”
Don't miss this opportunity to broaden your horizons and take part in engaging discussions in a friendly, informal Francophone setting. It's the perfect opportunity to enjoy some great reading... and, above all, meet some great people!

Borrow La Petite Russie from the Ottawa Public Library or the Gatineau Public Library | Aya de Yopougon has been adapted into an animated film.

Practical information:
- This activity is free and open to the entire university community.
- This activity is presented in French only. All Francophones and Francophiles are welcome!
- Some sessions will be held in person, and others will be held online. See the full program for details.
- This activity is presented in a “drop-in” format. No registration is needed, and you do not need to attend all sessions.
- You don’t need to have read all the books to participate. You are also welcome to attend if you are looking for reading suggestions!
- All selected books can be borrowed out using the Library's OMNI catalogue. Several titles are also available at the Ottawa Public Library and the Gatineau Public Library. Some titles have also been adapted into alternative formats (e.g., TV series, films, animated shorts, etc.). Please check the full program for details.
