A selection of books
June is National Indigenous History Month! This month, and all year we encourage the uOttawa community to take time to learn and to listen to the stories of Indigenous authors and creators.

Explore our selection of books and films below, featuring Indigenous authors and stories that you can borrow from the library. We also collaborated with the wonderful staff and students of the uOttawa Mashkawazìwogamig Indigenous Resource Centre this year to share some recommended books and films throughout the month. Check out our selection of print books from our book display at the Morisset library which will be available for the whole month of June.

Head over to the library’s Instagram page as well throughout the month to see the recommendations with links to make your requests in Omni.
