A research team led by Dr. Gilles Comeau (Institute Director), Dr. Jason Steffener, and Dre. Louise Mathieu has received a $2.5 million dollar Partnership Grant from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council!

Their project, “Improving wellbeing of older adults through a community-based music-movement program”, examines the impact of the Dalcroze method on older adults facing a variety of mental and physical challenges. The project has partners and collaborators across the globe -- including South Korea, Switzerland, and the United States.
