Participants will learn:
- Why job search anxiety happens (and why it’s normal)
- Practical tools to calm the nervous system
- Strategies to manage unhelpful thoughts and self-doubt
- How to stay motivated without burning out
- Ways to approach the job search with greater self-compassion
Presented by Cynthia Allan, Psychotherapist with Student Wellness Services at the University of Ottawa, this session offers a supportive, student-centered space to reflect, learn, and build practical skills for both career success and mental well-being.
