Ideas Lab: Access to Justice
Feb 7, 2026 to Feb 8, 2026 — 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Join the eHub Ideas Lab, in partnership with the Faculty of Law (Common Law Section), to explore innovative solutions to improve access to justice through interdisciplinary collaboration across uOttawa faculties. Over this two-day hackathon, you will work in teams to turn ideas into strategic recommendations and pitch them to industry experts in a final competition. All participants will receive an award of $325 upon successful completion of the program.
Eligibility
Students must complete a total of 16 hours of work on their project to complete the program and receive the final award of $325.
To enroll, you must:
- Be a registered student enrolled in any full-time or part-time undergraduate program at the University of Ottawa.
- Be legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant provincial or territorial legislation and regulations.
- Participate in both days of the event to be eligible for the award.
- Complete the onboarding training to be eligible for the award.
- Fill out the evaluation form at the end of the program to be eligible to the award.
*Please note that you can only participate in ONE Experience Ventures Program per school year.
