During the session, you will:
- Explore how your skills, values and interests shape your career and study options.
- Reflect on your values and what matters most to you in work and study.
- Try practical activities to help you recognize your strengths, including ones you might overlook.
- Consider some common career myths.
- Learn what the Strong Interest Inventory is, how it connects your interests to careers and programs, and how to take it.
This session is valuable on its own, and it's also a helpful first step if you plan to take the Strong Interest Inventory and attend Part 2. No preparation needed, come ready to reflect, share and discover.
