Three members of University of Ottawa Protection Services have been recognized for their exceptional contributions. Hi Nguyen, Maxime Carriere and Jasmine Côté have received prestigious awards at the 2023 conference of the Ontario Association of College and University Security Administrators (OACUSA). Congratulations to these deserving award winners!

Maxime Carriere and Jasmine Côté received the Heroism Award for their outstanding acts of bravery. Their courage and quick thinking in critical situations have made a significant impact on the University community. Their willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty has strengthened the sense of security on campus.

Hi Nguyen, director of Protection Services, received the Award of Excellence for his exceptional dedication and commitment. His work ethic, professionalism and exceptional service have made a lasting impact, serving as an inspiration to others at uOttawa.
