PQ won't hold Quebec referendum with Trump in power

Parti Québécois leader Paul St-Pierre Plamondon says the party will not hold a sovereignty referendum on Quebec as long as U.S. President Donald Trump is in power. The announcement comes weeks before Quebec provincial elections.
