Welcome to our Stability and Mobility class! Each session is carefully crafted to target specific areas of the body, offering a holistic approach to enhancing flexibility, mobility and overall stability.
Event Details
In this class, we delve deep into the intricacies of the body, focusing on a different area each week to ensure comprehensive coverage. From losing tight muscles to strengthening stabilizing muscles, we employ a variety of techniques, including dynamic stretching, functional movements, mobility drills, isometric holds and more.
