Meet Executive Chef Matthew and ask him your culinary questions during one of two meet-and-greet sessions, beginning at 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Visit My Pantry at 9:30 a.m. or 2:30 p.m. for a live demonstration on how to master the perfect omelette, and submit your favourite dish idea for a chance to inspire a future creation.
