This two-part workshop is open to uOttawa students with a diagnosis or strong clinical suspicion of PMOS or endometriosis. Led by a dietitian and health promotion specialist, the sessions will cover practical strategies for nutrition, movement, stress management, sleep hygiene and navigating campus and community resources. You’ll have the opportunity to learn, share experiences and develop sustainable strategies to support your well-being.

You must be available to attend both Part 1 and Part 2. To participate, submit an expression of interest in the workshop.
