Enjoy an authentic sugar shack experience at the Domaine de l’Ange-Gardien. The menu includes a traditional sweet and savoury brunch: pea soup, baked beans, omelet, pancakes, sausages, maple ham, pork jowls, roasted potatoes, maple syrup and sugar pie. And if you’ve still got room, some maple taffy on snow! It’s a great opportunity to celebrate the flavours that mean spring is coming, in a warm, friendly setting. Invite your friends and experience a nice food tradition together.
