You’ll still rank employers after every interview.
If you have one interview in a 48-hour period:
- You must rank the job right after you interview
- If you’d accept the job if offered, rank the job number 1. If the employer also selects you, you’ll be matched.
If you have more than one interview in a 48-hour period
- Rank the jobs you’ve interviewed for in this period immediately after your last interview in order of preference (e.g., 1, 2, 3 or X). We try to match you based on your order of preference. You can be matched to any job you’ve ranked.
If you enter an X instead of a number, this means you aren’t interested in the job and don’t want to be assigned to it. You can X as many jobs as you like, but remember that another opportunity may not come up.
Any job for which you assign a number instead of an X could be the job you’re matched to for your upcoming work term.
