Call for Applications: Fulbright Canada Research Chair

Fulbright Canada Research Chairs provide an opportunity to exceptional scholars to conduct research relevant to the host university. The program offers:

• US $25,000 for a 4‑month residency  
• Start dates in September 2027 or January 2028  

Opportunities to:  

• Conduct independent research
• Collaborate with University of Ottawa Faculty of Education colleagues
• Guest lecture or teach
• Mentor students
• Engage with the broader community and promote their research  

Eligible Candidates

• U.S.-based university faculty or experienced professionals working in fields such as:
• Educational research
• Teacher education
• School leadership and administration
• Education policy
• Educational technologies
• Democracy education
