  1. Complete the Clinical Placement Requirements Record form:
    1. Consent to Release of Information form
    2. Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination
    3. All vaccines, serological tests, and the 2-step tuberculin skin test (TST)
    4. 1-step TST OR Tuberculosis Signs and Symptoms Self-Declaration form (if you have previously tested positive):
      1. Must be valid for the entire duration of your elective placement (a 1-step TST is valid for 12 months).
      2. If your 2-step TST is completed after May 31, 2026, the 1-step TST will not be required. 
         
  1. Police Vulnerable Sector Screening: 
    1. Electronically secured document or original hard copy embossed with police service seal or bearing the original signature of a police official.
    2. Must be issued on or after May 1, 2026.
    3. The cost may vary depending on the police service.
       
  1. CPR Level C:
    1. Certification must be obtained on or after May 1, 2026
    2. Cost may vary depending on the provider.
      1. Recommended options are:
  1. N95 Mask Fit Test:
    1. Every 2 years (valid for 24 months)
