Undergraduate Medical Education (UGME) Program Deadlines - CPRM

Ensure that you read carefully and submit all of your documents in a timely manner. In the event that you are not able to meet a requirement by the deadline, please contact your FoM CPRM Advisor immediately to make necessary arrangements.

It is important that you keep copies of all your documents. The FoM CPRM team is not responsible for providing proof of immunization to other medical education programs or hospital credential committees.

Medicine 2028

Deadlines	Requirements
August 2, 2024	Police Vulnerable Sector Screening Electronically secured document or original hard copy embossed with police seal or original signature of a police official. Must be issued after April 30, 2024.
September 30, 2024	Clinical Placement Requirements Record All vaccinations, serology, and 2-step TST. Proof of full vaccination against COVID-19. One-Step Tuberculin Skin Test (TST) OR Tuberculosis Signs and Symptoms Self-Declaration form (if previously tested positive) Testing must be obtained after April 30, 2024. If your 2-step TST was completed after April 30, 2024, the 1-step TST is not required. Basic Life Support (Full Certification) Certification must be obtained after April 30, 2024. N95 Mask Fitting (*dates to be confirmed by CPRM)
