Undergraduate Medical Education (UGME) Program Deadlines - CPRM

Ensure that you read carefully and submit all of your documents in a timely manner. In the event that you are not able to meet a requirement by the deadline, please contact your FoM CPRM Advisor immediately to make necessary arrangements.

It is important that you keep copies of all your documents. The FoM CPRM team is not responsible for providing proof of immunization to other medical education programs or hospital credential committees.

Medicine 2030

Deadlines	Requirements
August 31, 2026	Police Vulnerable Sector Screening Electronically secured document or original hard copy embossed with police service seal or original signature of a police official. Must be issued after May 31, 2026.
September 30, 2026	Complete Clinical Placement Requirements Record form: Proof of complete COVID-19 vaccination. All vaccines, serological tests, and the 2-step tuberculin skin test (TST) One-Step TST OR Tuberculosis Signs and Symptoms Self-Declaration form (if previously tested positive): Testing must be completed after May 31, 2026. If your 2-step TST is completed after May 31, 2026, the 1-step TST will not be required. Basic Life Support (Full Certification) Certification must be obtained after May 31, 2026.
